This warranty is exclusive to the Owners listed on the signed contract.

The warranty period is as follows:

*The life of a shingle roof is 15-17 years.  The life of a tile roof is 30-35 years.  The life of a metal roof is 35-40 years.

This warranty is for only labor of installation of the materials installed for the repairs made for that owner only.  All materials are guaranteed by the manufacturer against defects only.  Should you have a warranty claim, please call Rhino Roofing within 24 hours of experiencing a problem. If your warranty claim is determined to be an installation defect that is not caused by any type of structural defect, Rhino Roofing will be responsible for repairs to the installation defect only.  If your warranty claim is due to a structural defect, an estimate for repairs will be given to the owner.  Interior water damages are not the responsibility of Rhino Roofing at any time.

Warranty Exclusions:

Rhino Roofing warranty is excluded from any damages in this warranty due to, but not limited to the following items:

• Interior water damage, any type of structural defects, acts of God, wind over warranty rating, lightning, damage from hail storms, defects in chimneys, fascia boards, soffits, truss tails, roof decking, satellite dishes, solar panels, antennas, leaves and/or debris in valleys/gutters/rain diverters, cracking and blistering of shingles and/or modified, ponding water, tree limbs, palm fronds, re-piping in the attic, improper foam insulation in the attic or under roof decking, electric service poles, and gas exhaust venting, squirrels/rodents.    

• All structural defects will be determined by a structural engineering company at the owner’s expense. Including but not limited to distortion, cracking, or other failure or movement of the base material over which the roof is applied, the roof deck, roof trusses, or the walls or foundation of the building itself.

• Any cost from assisting the owner with material warranty claims will be paid directly to Rhino Roofing including postage, consulting fees, attorneys’ fees, engineering fees, and administration fees.

• Manufacturer’s defects as to product failure in any way.
