As promised I am writing today, after experiencing a very hard rain for over 2 hours in the evening of 23rd June 2015 in our neighborhood. It is still raining at the time of writing of this email.
I am hereby glad to confirm to you that my roof has at last accepted the professional repair work done by you in April 2015 and the rain water could not penetrate through the roof. As such there has been no further “ongoing water intrusion in my garage” We are extremely grateful to you and your well-trained technicians for your consistency in maintaining the excellent standards of your workmanship in a very polite and courteous manner.
I strongly believe that you have the right kind of attitude, passion and vision and you are committed not only to the cause of your roofing company but also to the concerns of your customers. You have shown by your professionalism and persistence in doing the work the right way that you are pursuing in your business a path of service. Service you believe is as much about action as it is about mindset. Whether you are delivering health care, managing a hotel or a bank, working in a restaurant, or selling retail items, you can bring the spirit of service to the work you do. Perhaps, your “forte” are sincerity of purpose and hearing the whispers of various roofs. In any case, you have been hear successfully the whispers of the roof of my house. A person who knows his or her strengths as well as weakness, cannot take anybody for a ride and will be able to do things the right way. That, to me, looks to be your main objective and goal in life and you have not develop any “entitlement mentality”. You did not charge me a single cent for all the work that was done by you and your technicians in 2015 in fixing the leak from the roof simply because you had done work on my roof in July 2013 and charged me a sum of $525 for “Roof Repair per contract (replace lead flashing at dead valley on left side of garage”). It is a rare kind gesture in this world and my wife and I would like to convey our grateful thanks to you and wish you everything good and kind now and ever and a very flourishing business in future also.

In fact, the property was cleaner than when they arrived, right down to the magnetic pick up of all the nails.

Finally, A Roofing Co.That Knows Roofing
Russ Noyes Roofing, Inc. provided excellent service during the repair of a leaky skylight. Prior to hiring Russ Noyes Roofing, I had received a number of estimates however Russ Noyes Roofing was the only company that inspected the inside of the attic and provided pictures of suspect areas around the leaky skylight.
The repair was conducted on time and as stated within the estimate, there were no surprises. The repair person (Walt) was the same person that provided the estimate and is extremely knowledgeable about roofing systems. My experience with Russ Noyes Roofing has been very positive and I would recommend them for anyone looking for a repair or a complete roof job.

What an Awesome Roof
Russ Noyes Roofing just completed a new roof on my house in Winter Springs. Russ was referred to me by a customer of mine that is very thorough with anything he has done to his house. They are a GAF \”Master Elite\” roofing company and there are only a few of those in the Orlando area. I went with a GAF American Harvest series, in a Appalacian Sky color. The shingle is a dark gray-black color that changes color as the lighting changes. It get\’s darker as the light diminishes. I also had all new black guttering installed with black edge drip and a new black Chimney cap….Wow, does this look awesome. Russ personally comes out to do the inspection and give you an estimate. Linda and Eric in the office are outstanding customer service professionals. Russ\’s workers and crews were outstanding and I can\’t say enough about the quality of the work that they did. The shingles have a 50 year warranty from GAF and I have a lifetime workmanship and leak guarantee from the Russ Noyes \”Overhead Care Club Maintenance\” program. $179.00 for 2 inspections a year plus gutter cleaning if you need any (I had heavy duty leaf guards installed so my gutters should stay quite clean). The warranty is also transferable one time in the event you sell you home…I can\’t say enough about Russ Noyes Roofing and would recommend them to anyone.

Dex and his crew were nothing short of amazing. They came out and gave us a very fair bid. Dex walked us through the work, specifically telling us what to expect. He fit us in quickly and the work was done to perfection. Dex stayed on site with his crew to ensure everything was done that he promised. What service! He was awesome. When you have a roof issue, I’d HIGHLY recommend calling Dex. He will make sure that you are back in working order quickly. They were priced a bit higher, but was worth every penny. While the roof was being repaired, he showed where someone “cut corners” before. They even cleaned up to perfection! EXCELLENT.

I had a new roof put on this January and we would recommend Russ and his crew any time. They started early and worked late, and everyone was very professional. Javier and Walt were on site supervising on a regular basis, and Walt stopped by after the job was completed to walk around the property to inspect. This is a business that takes pride in their work. And I have to compliment everyone that works in the office. The first time I called after a friend referred me, I knew I was talking to a first class organization. They called to confirm appointments and gave me a great first impression. The clean up far exceeded my expectations. Many of my neighbors were very impressed as they saw the job being done. There are very few businesses these days that take pride in what they do and back it up. This is one of the few.
